Go & Grow is a garden themed game designed to promote physical activity and social connectedness for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. In this interactive game, you will walk to grow your flowers and unlock more flowers by writing your stories!
In this garden themed exergame, your flower will grow each day you complete your step goal! Check out some additional exercise tutorials and log those exercises to multiple your flower in your garden. Unlock more flower packs by sharing your stories with other caregivers and interact with other caregivers by cheering or replying to their stories. You will also be able to visit other caregiver’s garden and look at other caregiver’s stories.
